Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods are cash, check, credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), wire transfer.
Late Payment Penalties: For term fees, a 5% late payment fee will apply to all past due accounts after 15 days of the start of the term.
Discounts: A 15% discount is applicable to the tuition of a third child.
Payment Terms for Installments: Monthly payments must be approved in writing with the school Bursar in advance of the term due date.
Currency and Exchange Rates: Exchange rates will be based on the daily rate posted by ACB each day. For US dollar: check 2.6882, cash is 2.6 and wire payments is 2.6882
Disputed Payments: If any payment is disputed, please call the school 268-460-1094 and speak to the Bursar. If a resolution is not reached, mediation will occur.
Termination and Suspension: If payment is not made within 30 days the school reserves the right to disallow the student to continue at the school until a payment arrangement is made.
Refunds and Returns: Once the term has begun, no refunds will be given for any fees
Governing Law: Any disputes or legal actions will be resolved according to Antigua and Barbuda law.
